In collaboration with Professor C. Jeya K. Henry and Dr. Helen Lightowler from the Nutrition and Food Science Group of the School of Life Sciences at Oxford Brookes University, a scientific study was conducted on the level and effect of the glycemic index of Fruit Up®.

The response of Fruit Up® on the blood sugar level was tested against the response of glucose. The study was based on a two hour blood sugar monitoring of 18 test persons. The study was carried out according to the methods for measuring the glycemic index as approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
